Make Your Time Count!

Renny Doyle Time

We are all given the same amount of time each day. Imagine if we were all given the same size box to keep it in. You want to fit as much in it as possible, don’t you? But, it’s important to choose wisely. If you start every day by filling that box with mundane things, you won’t have any space left for the important things, which is why you have to put the important stuff in first.

You have to choose to make the important stuff a priority every day. Not the easy, loudest or even the most fun, but the stuff that gives your life the most meaning. It might be your family, spouse, relationships, faith, health, hobbies, etc. It’s truly a blessing to have time, to be able to fill our boxes, to fill our days with the things that help us grow and thrive. But when we start to fill that box with things we don’t really need, that blessing, that box of time can become a burden.

Despite all our differences, we all have the same 60 minutes in every hour, and 24 hours in every day. How you spend them will define you and your success, it’s your choice. You can either waste your time, or you can make it count.

We've all been there: yearning for that universal thumbs up, the constant validation. But here's the deal: the quest for everyone's approval is a recipe for disappointment.
