KICKING OFF 2026

JANUARY 2026

Kicking Off 2026 the Right Way: An Incredible 5-Day Training, An Even Better Group of Students

If there’s one thing we’re committed to at Detailing Success, it’s this: start strong, stay focused, and keep raising the standard—for the craft, for the customer, and for the people doing the work.

And that’s exactly how we opened 2026.

Our first 5-day training class of the year delivered everything we want a new season to represent: real momentum, real skill-building, and a room full of detailers who showed up ready to learn, ready to work, and ready to elevate their businesses and their lives.

Five Days of Focus, Growth, and Serious Hands-On Work

There’s a difference between “watching content” and being coached. Between “trying a technique” and mastering a process. And between “having a business” and running a business with systems, confidence, and direction.

This 5-day class wasn’t about shortcuts or hype. It was about:

  • Hands-on repetitions
  • Clear processes
  • High standards
  • Real-world business thinking
  • And the kind of environment where questions are encouraged and progress is expected

From day one, the energy was there. Students weren’t just present—they were engaged. Not just taking notes—putting in work. Not just learning techniques—building a foundation they can take home and implement immediately.

The Students Made the Class What It Was

We can teach techniques all day long. But what makes a class truly special is the people in it.

This group brought the best kind of mindset to training: humble, hungry, and coachable. Some came in looking to refine their skills. Others came for a complete reset—ready to rebuild how they approach detailing, pricing, workflow, and customer experience. All of them came with one thing in common:

They were serious about getting better.

They supported each other, challenged themselves, and leaned into the process—especially when the work got technical, the standards got higher, and the details got tighter (which is exactly where growth happens).

And just as important: they brought the kind of professionalism and positivity that proves something we’ve believed for a long time—the detailing industry is full of good people who want to do great work.

What We Worked On (And Why It Matters)

Over five days, the focus stayed on building skill and building confidence. The goal isn’t just to “know what to do.” The goal is to walk away with:

A repeatable method

  • A higher standard
  • Better decision-making
  • And a clearer path for turning talent into revenue

Training like this is designed to impact both sides of the game: craft + commerce.

Depending on where each student was starting, the week included a mix of:

Technical Fundamentals and Advanced Execution

  • Sharpening foundational technique so results are consistent—not accidental
  • Developing a process mindset (not a “hope it turns out” mindset)
  • Improving efficiency without sacrificing quality
  • Understanding how small details separate average results from premium outcomes

Workflow, Systems, and Professional Standards

  • Building repeatable workflows that reduce stress and improve throughput
  • Structuring services so customers understand the value (and pay for it)
  • Cleaning up common bottlenecks: time estimates, process order, production flow
  • Setting standards that protect the detailer and the customer

Business Growth That’s Built to Last

  • Pricing with confidence and clarity
  • Positioning your services in a way that attracts better clients
  • Creating a customer experience that drives repeat business and referrals
  • Learning how to think like a business owner, not just a technician

If there’s one theme that keeps showing up in our trainings, it’s this:

Better processes create better results. Better results create better businesses. Better businesses create better lives.

Renny Doyle’s Mission: Real Help That Changes Lives

Renny has always been about more than just the technical side of detailing.

Yes—he’s known for high standards and world-class results. But the deeper mission has stayed consistent: help detailers build a better future.

That means:

  • Helping people charge what they’re worth
  • Helping them operate with pride and professionalism
  • Helping them build businesses that support their families
  • Helping them break out of the “grind” cycle and into real ownership

Detailing can be a powerful career. It can also be a trap if you’re working nonstop without direction, margins, or systems.

Renny’s work—through training, mentorship, and the Detailing Success community—is about changing that. About helping detailers stop guessing, stop undercharging, stop struggling in silence… and start building something stable, scalable, and meaningful.

That’s the real “success” part of Detailing Success.

The Real Win: What Students Take Home

The best part of any 5-day class is what happens after the class.

Students don’t just leave with “new information.” They leave with:

  • A clear next step
  • A stronger mindset
  • A higher standard of execution
  • Better business awareness
  • And a network of people who want to win the right way

And while we’re proud of the progress made during the week, we’re even more excited about what happens next—when these students bring the training back to their shops, their teams, their families, and their goals.

Because the ripple effect is real:
One detailer improves → one business improves → one community improves → one life improves.

Thank You to Every Student Who Showed Up Ready

To every student who attended: thank you.

Thank you for trusting the process. Thank you for putting in the work. Thank you for bringing the kind of attitude that makes training worth doing. And thank you for being part of a movement that’s raising the bar across the industry—one person at a time.

We’re proud of how 2026 started, and even more excited about what’s ahead.

Want to Be in the Next Class?

If you’ve been feeling stuck, inconsistent, underpaid, overwhelmed—or simply ready to level up—this is your sign.

Training compresses years of trial and error into a focused, hands-on environment with coaching, clarity, and real accountability. If you’re ready to improve your craft, improve your business, and improve your quality of life, keep your eye on upcoming Detailing Success trainings.

Let’s make 2026 the year you stop guessing and start building.
