Moreover, they run a retail storefront, providing their community with high-quality detailing supplies, tools, and equipment.


Beyond managing their successful business, Jessica is a nationally acclaimed detailer and trainer. She collaborates with leading film companies and training centers across the U.S., offering a range of training programs from introductory to advanced levels. Her impressive portfolio includes participation in prestigious projects such as the Air Force One Detailing Teams, the McCall's/Motorlux events at Monterey Car Week, and special collaborations with the Museum of Flight Official Detailing Team. Travis brings a deep passion for education and mentorship, enriched by his personal journey as a two-time cancer survivor. Justin Labato owns JL’s Showroom Auto Salon in Melbourne, Florida. Known now as one of the fastest growing experts of auto detailing, we are proud to have him as part of the Detailing Success education team! Justin’s credentials are truly impressive. He has served as president of the International Detailing Association (IDA), setting himself on a trajectory that endorses productive continuing education for all who work in the auto detailing industry. His vision is to IMPROVE the industry in such a fashion.


Justin and Renny connected years ago, and after discovering how valuable Justin’s experience and passion for education is in detailing, it made sense to have him and his shop be a provider of our Extreme 1-Day Class. Justin is a proud member of the Air Force One Detailing Team, the McCall Detailing Team, and is a true voice for any students who train with him, as they gain invaluable experience in detailing skills and business ownership.

Shane Mayfield - Perfection Plus Auto Salon

Shane Mayfield has been in the automotive industry in one form or another for nearly 20 years. He has worked as an automotive painter, painter's assistant, and custom car builder. His passion for cars has always led him back to automotive detailing. Shane is a Master Detailer within The Detail Mafia and he is currently serving as President of The Detail Mafia. His business, Perfection Plus Auto Salon in Redmond, Oregon was awarded “Detail Shop of the Year” by the International Detailing Association in 2018. James Akers owns T1Detailing in Manteca, California. T1 has two meanings in Jimmy’s life, Tier 1 and more importantly Type 1 as Jimmy is a Type 1 Diabetic. He’s a perfect example of overcoming adversity and finding success. James is a Made Member of The Detail Mafia, a multi-year member of The Air Force One Detailing Team and he was recently selected as a member of The Official Motorlux Detailing Team. He has nearly 20 years’ experience in both the detailing and auto body industries, and he’s passionate about helping others do what they love!

Bobby Wiener - Finer Details

Finer Details - Long Branch, NJ

From an officer of the law in Long Branch, New Jersey to a highly regarded protector of automobiles, Bobby Wiener founded Finer Details to make even more of a difference in the world. Completing our Advanced 5-Day Training program with Renny Doyle, he is now a proud member of The Detail Mafia and an equally as important trainer that is part of the Detailing Success Team. Bobby holds such accolades as Detailer of the Year, Essence of Mafia, and is now officially a Master Detailer in the industry.


By joining our Air Force One Detailing Team and the McCall Detailing Team, Bobby’s name began to pick up even more traction, and he even appeared on three episodes of Velocity’s Competition Ready television show! Bobby and his shop Finer Details are now an integral part of the success of Detailing Success, teaching our Extreme 1-Day Class as a way to pass along his knowledge and skills to the many others in auto detailing.

Brian is an ambassador for top-of-the-line detailing products, selecting what he considers to be the best professional products and equipment that are available.


Now, Brian shares his gift with the world of novice and experienced detailers, becoming a trainer that helps those just as passionate as he is about car care better work on their client’s vehicles, become certified in top-tier detailing and ceramic coating products, and more by way of our Extreme 1-Day Class.

Harry Sandwith - Dirty Harry’s Detailing / Hogfather Motorcycle Detailing

Dirty Harry's Detailing - Rochelle Park, NJ

Harry Sandwith is the owner of Dirty Harry’s Detailing AND Hogfather Motorcycle Detailing located in Rochelle Park, New Jersey. Before pursuing his detailing career, Harry served as a Police Officer for more than 26 years in the state of New Jersey, working in the Patrol Division, as a Detective, then as Vice President of the force. Prior to changing gears to detailing, Harry was President of the Police Union and is a proud veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.


Without question, Harry truly is a Master Detailer that can be trusted as leader and educator in the industry. He has been named Detailer of the Year and serves as Project Manager of our Air Force One Detailing Team FIVE times. Additionally, Harry is a member of McCall Detailing Team and has served as President of the Detail Mafia for two years.


It is incredible how much Harry understands when detailing something as intricate as a motorcycle. Over his years of gaining experience in the industry, he has not only perfected the craft of detailing motorcycles, he has made it his own and become a force in the process. The key to Harry’s success has been finding the best ways to understand the passion his customers have for their bikes, and he is proud to share that knowledge with our students in our Extreme 1-Day Class.

Yasir Waqaar - Red Clay Detailing

Red Clay Detailing - Atlanta, GA

Being the driving force behind Red Clay Detailing in Atlanta, Georgia, Yasir Waqaar began detailing professionally in 2003. Prior to joining the industry, Yasir spent a good portion of his extensive career in electronics and broadcast technology. Today, he is a Master level member in The Detail Mafia after completing our Advanced 5-Day Training program, now bringing all new and veteran detailers more education by serving as a trainer for our Extreme 1-Day Classes.


Other notable projects and teams that Yasir is part of in addition to running Red Clay Detailing and spending his time training include, but are not limited to, Mothers Polish Road Team, Air Force One Detailing Team, McCall’s Detailing Team, and the International Motorsports Hall of Fame Detailing Project. Yasir is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, he enjoys the outdoors, and always makes plenty of time to spend with his family.
